Graeme Elliott, founder and commander of ES Systems, leads the team ensuring that every customer experience is top notch. Graeme's leadership keeps the service standards soaring high, making sure that ES Systems' reputation is second to none. Graeme enjoys spending time with family and is particularly keen on home improvement projects!

Clare Fieldhouse

Customer Service Manager

Clare Fieldhouse, the Customer Service Manager at ES Systems, is like the mission control of customer satisfaction. Clare ensures that every customer inquiry is met with a stellar response. Collaborating with a crew of top-notch professionals, Clare navigates customer service and project management making sure that ES Systems' service is out of this world!

Outside of the orbit of ES Systems, Clare enjoys spending quality time with her family, staying active and fit, horse riding, and catching up with friends.

Richard Akers

Technical Director

Richard, the interstellar architect of IT infrastructure, captains the technical team in deploying cosmic-scale solutions and pioneers the exploration of new technological frontiers. His favourite work pastime orbits around teasing Clare with his lunchtime creations, which are a culinary cosmos in their own right.

When not charting the tech space, Richard loves travelling. Eating, drinking, camping and hiking are also top of the agenda.
