We’re launching a new Interactive Voice Response (IVR) telephone system which will help direct you to the correct department within ES Systems. We believe this will improve customer service and ensure your support queries are dealt with efficiently.
When you call ES Systems you will be given 6 options:
1 – IT Support
2 – Purchasing
3 – Accounts
4 – Websites
5 – Projects
6 – Any other enquiries
The new system is live from 18th July.
