ES Systems are very happy to welcome Scott Laing who has joined our support team as the new help desk coordinator. Scott will be responsible for allocating support tickets to engineers and covering the overall performance of our help desk in the pursuit of improving our service further.
Scott’s arrival is timely with the recent influx of work the company has inherited over the last few weeks. He joins us with a wealth of experience in operations and such will be responsible for ensuring customer’s enquiries are dealt with appropriately which we hope will boost the performance of our help desk and make our service even more efficient.
Outside of the world of IT Scott enjoys climbing and photography. He’s an avid traveller having worked on research projects abroad whilst obtaining his degree in Archaeology & Classics.
